Title: RIP Jim Holloway
Post by: Dammit Carl! on June 29, 2020, 03:08:20 PM
The one person who, in my opinion, brought many a fun illustration to D&D, Dungeon Magazine, Dragon Magazine, Paranoia, Star Frontiers, Tales from the Floating Vagabond, and probably (quite) a few other role playing and role playing-adjacent media has gone on to the great beyond.

Maybe not as technical expert as Elmore, or capable of Vallejo styled grand majesty, Mr. Holloway could express more humor and "reality," (for made up people/places/things) than anyone I can recall off-hand.

Appreciate the works, Sir, and Godspeed.

Thanks for the alert.  He did an amazing amount of illustrations for RPGs in the 80s and 90s.

RIP and may God have mercy on his soul.
