That's pretty creepy. Why do they need to look like us to do their jobs/functions? I would prefer cute and cuddly like R2D2 myself.

All smart asshery aside, I am a strong believer in humans retaining the ability to do hard mental and physical tasks (think Dune).  There is a use however for robots for extremely dangerous jobs.
