I'm waiting to see everyone's opinion on Distant Worlds 2 before I buy. Until then it'll probably be Rimworld.

Recently I found an old obscure scenario made for Civ3 on the internet. It's called Juliette 1914 and it's one of the first user created WW1 scenarios made for Civ3.
I'll be investigated it while I also start diving into DW2.
4D warfare - Andean Abyss... borrowed the idea of pics to "personalise" the AI opposition, works for me!
^ Nice, love me some COIN games. Still haven't gotten around to trying out Andean Abyss. I always just end up defaulting back to Cuba Libre since it's so much smaller in scale. The pics are a nice extra touch of flavor!

Finish installing all the games on the new rig and then reply to PBEM games and do some Matrix Games playtesting and sneak some Distant Worlds 2 or Grand Tactician Civil War in maybe.
Continuing my Distant Worlds 2 Zenox first run though. I have been lucky with zero crashes so far.
A bit more Campaign Series Vietnam MP where having won a load as the VC//VM I am now getting my ass handed to me playing the ARVN.... ::)

Its the ARVN morale that screws them. Their gunships and artillery can do a job but even their Marines and Paras are flaky.

I have faith in you. Bump up that morale with a visit from Nancy Sinatra or something.
