Port Royale 3

Definitely want to pick this game up but my local Gamestop has no clue what I'm talking about when I ask if it has been released yet.  I know PR3 is available on STEAM but I want the XBOX version.  The official game site says it will be released on 9.October 2012.

Port Royale 2 is one of my favorite games ever... AND I'VE NEVER EVEN PLAYED IT YET!

I hope PR3 is a good update, as Ascalon has previously tried to release games based only (or mostly) on the sailing action.

But if it'll be available for XBox, maybe it'll be available for PS3 someday. (I'm slightly dubious whether my old PC Windows XP SP2 will run it.)
