having attended a course for my new job today they described a way to get round parking tickets - we are all supplied with 6 road cones to put around our parked van - apparently, a workman parked on site has 'set up an office' and that office can only be entered by signing the visitor book, if you put cones around the van you establishing the boundary of your office and if a traffic warden crosses those lines to ticket the van he is trespassing and the ticket is invalid - genius, i like to think the US flag is saying, beyond this is US territory - back off
