You know, failing a nuclear missile test can be fairly serious. Unless, of course, you don't have fissile material and only tell people you do while stuffing the warhead with:

1. Kim Chi
2. Kim Jong Il
3. Kim Cattral

no need to dust off that Beoing ;) ...but it was a good idea that 'someone'  exchanged the little package in the mail containing the batch of small o-ring-seals used on fuel pump valve#13 of that missile

(and THX to the engineer who designed the replacement, that it only breaks under pressure and heavy vibration and never inside NKs pre-install lab-test envelope :P )
