He fired all of the experienced managers and engineers in the state-owned oil industry.  He refused to pay for standard maintenance of the oil industry.

These are the biggest errors. The rest is just ideological ranting.

Windy - I reviewed my post and it is factually accurate - and it contains a large amount of fact.  I took key points from a long, front-page article from the WSJ on what the economic situation was in Venezuela and how it got there.  If you can point out any actual inaccuracies - I'll gladly change the post.  Otherwise, you were just ranting because the facts did not suit you.
