ISIS has $300 Million in Cash?

The US estimates that ISIS has $300,000,000 in cash.  This is from extortion payments, payments from Arab sympathizers, human trafficking's (aka slavery), and running cigarettes into Pakistan and Afghanistan.

It does not take a ton of money to get weapons to terrorists, and this is a pretty substantial amount of cash on hand.  UN estimates from July are lower ($100 million).

ISIS in funding is acting as a typical criminal gang would.

I'm wondering where they're keeping it? I think a lot of people would try to go after it for they're past behavior unless it's somewhere VERY safe and hidden.

Where are the Gambino's, Luchesse, Genovese, Bonanno, and Columbo gangs to take care of Isis?  We need Gotti to to come back with Carmine, Gallo,along with the Grim Reaper, he took care of the guys in Mississippi burning or whatever that name was.
