aahh - i thought was your call sign - nice looking game - i want it to be so its not a criticism, is it arcadey?

LongBlade

Hmmm.

I'm not a hard core flight simmer. It isn't a hard core flight sim, but it does have some decent flight controls. I'm using a joystick and it is responding to every motion I'm applying to it. It's got stalls. I can extend flaps if I want to turn tightly or slow down on a bombing run. I find it challenging to play (well) but very fun and addictive. Think World of Tanks for airplanes and you've nailed it.

Keep in mind it's still in closed Beta. It plays great, but there will be some aspects that will change.

Actually, yes. It can work with a keyboard alone, a keyboard and mouse, and a controller.

I personally think the joystick is the best configuration, but all of them can work. I flew about twice with my kb and mouse and went out to buy a new joystick. It worked fine. The joystick worked better.

Has SS2 got some good graphical-overhaul mod I was not aware of?
