Civ V with G+K. I'm England. Have founded the Jewish faith in London. With Spain we attacked and took out the French. Nappy must have been popular because now most of the known world is at war with me. Easily holding my own try to build up an army to punish Austria.  8)

This is using a modded world map with true start locations.... pretty cool so far.

awesome map and awesome looking game - purely for pedantic reasons - true start locations? Nottingham is in island, there is a mystery block of land to the west of ireland with canterbury on, and yorks in scotland - other than that have it BH  :)

True start locations means your capital starts where it is historically located. All other cities can be founded where you like. Also resources are historically placed... no horses in N. America etc.

The mystery bit of land west of Ireland is supposed to be Iceland.

While it's a fun map I think there are better ones out there. Look for Y(n)AEM - Yet (not) Another Earth Map. It's proportions are better but it's a real PC resource hog.

A quick wikichop shows that the 'Thud' could carry more ordinance that a B-17 or B24 and was, in fact, the largest single engine, single seat combat aircraft in history. It was actually originally meant to be a penetration bomber with an internal bomb bay containing a single thermonuclear weapon.
