Yes.  But if you pre-order, you get it three days early on the 19th! You actually get access to the game now with all scenarios, but you cannot resolve a turn, so you really just get to look around and explore.

Not a screenshot but I uploaded a video from a quick battle in CM:FI.  I got lucky as the main body of the German attack force walked right under my mortar barrage.   ;D

I rarely play it these days, but occasionally drop in for a bit.  There's always a bunch of new stuff after my long absence so it can be tough to catch up sometimes.
