At MODDB search under Company of Heroes only:

COH IMMERSION 1944: This has been out for maybe a year or more but until this last update I couldn't get it to work with COH on Steam. This one is unique in that it adds many new SP Campaign missions like (for example) Barkmann's Corner. There are additional new mission for all factions. New skins and maps have also been added.
Get V1.5. Also get the Historical Flags and Medals download.

Within the above page are links for two more COH Mods that have been updated: STALINGRAD'42 which expands on the Eastern Front free mod available on Steam. It adds new urban maps including summer maps and new vehicles and skins, etc. The author even provides content so you can use it stand-alone without the Eastern Front Mod. Get V1.01. You do not need the V1.01 patch.

BATTLE OF THE BULGE WACHT AM RHEIN: New updated version with more maps and as with the older versions a 5-mission Ardennes Campaign. Also get the Historical Flags & Medals download with this one too. And again you do not need the patch download.

EUROPE AT WAR: This is an old one but still free and available on Steam. It is also unique in that the author includes a full-fledged Ardennes Campaign as well as a Pegasus Bridge mission in the British Liberation of Caen Campaign. Recently updated as well.

Nice. I still know somebody that will not play coh2 or 3. Just coh1 with Blitzkrieg mod.
However he is using the steam version.
