New US Medal of Honor Recipient

The President gave the Medal of Honor metal to a (then) 20 year old service man from NC.  You can read the writeup for details.  With this award he becomes one of 7 living Medal of Honor soldiers in the USA.

I'm glad that Obama has encouraged awarding the medal to those who survive combat and merit the award.
