Chicago Bonds = Junk

The City of Chicago (Obama's Home Town!) has had its bonds reduced to "junk" status.

Why?  Huge debt.  Stupidly expensive pensions.  Total union and Democratic control for decades.

Yup. And their school bonds were dropped to junk today.
