Today in the library I came across with a new fantastic looking book, Martin van Cleverd's Wargames - From Gladiators to Gigabytes (http://www.cambridge.org/asia/catalogue/catalogue.asp?isbn=9781107684423). As the name of the books suggests, it's an academic research about the history of wargaming, both how wargames have been used as a training tool by the professional militaries and also how wargaming have been seen as an entertainment. I think a lot of you guys would be interested in reading that as well if you haven't already done so. :)

Does it talk about Stratego? If you're following the "Let's talk Wargames" thread, you'll understand.  Sorry, couldn't resist.

On a series note, that does look good- I could see it filling up my library shelf in my bathroom...errrr, office.
