Absolutely.

It might be a giant pile of crap, but if there's 'splosions and booms and loud things with shiny objects breaking, I'm cool with that.

Consider MST3K. The movies they watched were shite. And yet, some are seen with fondness now, thanks to that treatment. After reading the article mirth posted, I'm wanting to see the movie just to see for myself how terrible it is. I'll definitely be watching it through a sarcastic lens and not a fanboy one.

I know, I know...the irony is not lost on me.

If Shia Ladouchebag couldn't keep me away from T 1-3, this certainly will not.
