Uncle Sam has seen fit to give me some of my money. Im considering buying a computer for my 19yo to use in college. He wants something that he cant use for games. Go figure. Must be from the wifes side of the family.
I am comsidering buying a new desktop or a desktop replacement. I do like the Alienware MX11 but am not sure about the screen size. I think I can keep under $1000. I have also considered building my own but it willl be my first build. Should I wait for an Ivy Bridge processor?
Also does anyone know of a dependable source for used laptops? I want to buy a few for my younger three kids. Thanks guys.
