Odd Desktop Problem

Not to sound too much like a Microsoft dorkhead but did you try rebooting? I've had this happen on occasion after a game or other app mucked about with the screen rez or some other desktop setting. Rebooting usually set everthing back to normal. Probably related to the DPI issue mentioned earlier.

^Yeah I tried that, didn't work though. The DPI thing reset most, and those that it didn't I just deleted and recreated. This time I won't move them again. UI's can get so sensitive :/

You could download tweakui from Microsoft, select repair and rebuild desktop icons.

^Thanks man, I actually fixed it myself with a combination of advice from above.
