NWS Online Store used to sell physical copies of HPS games at discounted prices, but I don't see any on offer now that they moved the store to Ebay.  It also usually took awhile for your order to show up as I don't think they keep some of it in their own stock (just a guess).

Nope.  I suspect he's just selling off his remaining stock and not replenishing.   I bought HPS's Defending the Reich from him a few months ago and I see it's now off the list of available games.
