Racist cop attacks have become a problem in the USA.

The latest is in Philadelphia where Nicholas Glenn open fire on a police officer, shot a second officer, killed a female bystander, and wounded several others. 

In his home was a note addressed to "Doomed People" and expressed hatred for law enforcement and a probation officer (Glen is a convicted felon).

The Police Commissioner laughably said: "Obviously he was hellbent on hurting a lot of people," adding that "we aren't absolutely clear as to why."
