E-Readers Can Disturb Sleep

A new study has been released which suggests that the light wavelengths emitted by some e-readers can disturb your ability to fall asleep. One hour of exposure isn't too bad, but by two hours you might have some problems.

...easy to counter if you chose a white text on black bachground option  :)
well you still stay awake if read some spooky stuff ...about the undead ;)

I typically read with a tan background and brown text during the day and black background with white text at night. And I never read for more than an hour on it.
