We got about six inches of snow yesterday - cold out. A dose of global warming would be nice now.

4-5" here. Drive home from Brunswick last night was terror inducing.

More snow coming on Tuesday.

That snow was quite amazing. And it stuck around for a while during the day.

And of course two days later it's in the upper 60s.  >:(

Well, it's really cold here now! Last night on my drive back home it was  - 2 on the car temp gauge  :hide:  I actually nearly didn't get back into my car.... Argh! We got out of the cinema, and my whole car was frozen over, tried to put my key in the lock.... Wouldn't go in, lock was frozen  :tickedoff:  my key fob for the central locking has been broken for ages, so at this point I started to worry  >:(

There was no one around, it was really late. No where was open around the car park where I parked my car. So after numerous attempts of trying to force my key into the lock,  without breaking it.... I had an idea  #:-)  I got a pen, and jammed it into the broken sensor on my key fob, and it worked! I've never been so relieved to hear car doors click open  ;D Then we spent the next 15 minutes scraping ice off windows and getting the car warm.... Ugh.

There was black ice on the roads, so I had to drive a lot slower. But the really cool thing is, we saw loads of shooting stars, and two owls flew across the motorway, they were actually gorgeous  :dreamer:

And today everything is just frozen and cold. No snow though  :(
