Well, after a little more than 10 years (Sept 2007), my distributor (newly bought by Baker and Taylor) is pulling the plug, and kicking me out of the warehouse.
Consequently, I'm donating several thousand units out to various reading programs, and keeping a few boxes for myself, rather than having any pulped (if I can help it). Some are going to the Navajos this afternoon, others going to Africa later next week, hopefully some others elsewhere in North America by the end of the month.
Of course the pdf is available for free anyway (link in my sig), but if anyone wants a hardback with a dust-jacket, availability will be a lot scarcer after July 1st.
