City of Gangsters out today on Steam.  Always a sucker for these type of games.  This one seems to focus more on the economics which could be interesting.  On greenmangaming, you can get the regular edition for about $19 and the deluxe for $23.

Thanks for the tip on greenman...I am a sucker for this type of game... Empire of Sin was close...but a little too clunky in the end...

but have been busy with other things recently...so don't know when I'll get the chance to play.
