One of the free videos this month is about jet operations from a carrier in the early 1950s.

Very cool! Some really nice footage of Panthers. One my favorite early jet fighters.
Great stuff, thanks for sharing the link.
Nice find - I luv this kinda stuff.
I'd really like to see some footage from inside a Stuka cockpit when in a dive bombing attack - I betcha that was a rush !
Migs, don't hold me to this, but at the National Archives they have a ton of old movies and newsreels they have saved.
I could be totally wrong, but I think they showed a newsreel that was shot from inside a Stuka on a british convoy, during the very early part of the Battle of Britain. The germans called that part of the battle, Kanalkampf.
If my sludgy memory is correct, it was shown back around 1985 in the small theater in their building.
How you would get hold of that, or see it, is beyond me. Maybe the people at Zeno's might have some idea?

It's a fan made music video but it's all about Stukas. Around 2.40 there is a dive seen from the plane's perspective. Also some shots (possibly from a movie?) of Stukas bombing Chain Home radar towers.
EDIT: here's some more vid from a propaganda reel. There's a crap load of stuff on youtube about WW2.

Thanks for the info guys !! I really appreciate it ! I noticedHans Ulrich Rudel was in the 2nd vid. I read his autobiography about 3-5 months ago. It was a great read.
