I remember chatting with a RN officer a number of years ago when a RN frigate was in port and he claimed that the Seawolf had good anti-missile capability. I wonder how much better the Sea Ceptor is in this regard.
The best naval sim I'm aware of would be the Harpoon series. I'd suggest a look at that if you want a best guess.
