Uniforms look very traidtionally Hungarian.

Nice mix of Napoleonic uniform, Soviet era arms, and modern German assault rifles (at the back).

Not to mention the big 1970's collars (at the back).

The Spaniards are facepalming themselves at being called Portuguese.  The officer is out of step with the palmage, of course.

With the eagle feathers in the bonnets, if they aren't as already claimed Hungarian or Romanian, I'd have to say Dakota.  Whether, North or South I don't know.
