How resistant are modern "glass cockpit" controls used in military vehicles to electromagnetic pulse?

mirth

They should be very resistant. Typically military aircraft are hardened against EMP.

Staggerwing

I imagine it would depend on the size of the EM pulse. A thermonuclear detonation would produce more EMR than any directed energy weapon ever could, at least now and in the foreseeable near future.
