HALO TV Series - Anybody looking forward to it?

I played some multiplayer HALO at LAN parties but never really played any of the campaigns BUT has seen the movies. I guess I am hearing all the noise about the Master Chief being defocussed by the fandom and it's reaction to the trailer though and wondering if it will be any good.

I've loved all of the games and the Halo universe is one of my favorite IPs. The series looks ok and it's definitely something I would watch if it was on a streaming service I already had, but not sure if it would make me subscribe to paramount+. I'll have to wait for reviews.
