There aren't going to be damn permits! How do you get a permit to do a damn illegal thing?!

Then why does Bes need to get a reservation? I assumed this was all under the guise of holding a RenFaire or 18Cen reenactment or something. If any of the park police ask tell 'em it's an SCA tourny.
