This is destined to fail. It's not expensive enough to get any Congressional or military support. No one wants to improve their efficiency and lower their costs - it means a smaller budget, which is how dongs are measured in government.

OTOH, maybe we can pick up some of them from a surplus auction after they're tested and rejected.
