I picked Germany.  Italy would be my 2nd choice.

I've eaten a lot of MRE's, and traded for Canadian and French rations.  After while they all begin tasting the same.  I think they all use the same preservatives or something. On the whole, when you think about the history of military rations, we really can't complain today...except that they don't come with booze any more.
