oof - that last one.  wow.

Tell me about it. The first system I worked on in the early '80s had a 512K (yes, K) add-on box that was the size of a refrigerator.

My first computer was a TRS-80 model III. With no floppy drive and 32K of RAM.

It was a big day for me when my grandfather got it upgraded for me by adding a 5.25" floppy and doubling the RAM to 64K.  :o

I started on a Commodore Pet in '81 w/ 16k of RAM.  We just thought it was cool that we could scroll our names on an endless loop on the screen :)

This one pretty much sums it up nicely:

QuoteThis book is so inspiring! I used to feel like I could never write a book and sell it at a legitimate retailer like Amazon. After reading this, I truly feel like the bar was not set as high as I thought. No reason to work out a plot or do any research, I can just plow right in. In point of fact, I can put the whole usable content in the title and just elaborate on that at random.

Oh, and here's an added bonus: the author of that trainwreck of grammar and punctuation has a Facebook page!

After perusing that hot mess, I can't imagine this is anything but a troll with epic reach. Anyone willing to take a terribly-written book this far to self-publish and get noticed by the Internet is doing it right. And if it's for real...sigh.

I added my own review. And strangely enough, Amazon accepted it. Then again they accepted the book, too.
