Funny story.  Years ago one of jobs while in school and just out of it was at Canadian Tire.  One day a woman in her twenty's came by with an ac adapter that had a damaged connector.  I asked her what it powered, and she blushed and laughed a bit replying it was for her 'little friend'.  I laughed, and showed her some adapters and asked if she knew the current draw on her device etc, but she wasn't sure, so I replied I  didn't need any batteries [emoji6] . she had a good sense of humor thankfully.

Little 'g' gods are just little 'g' gods: really powerful natural creatures. Most theisms acknowledge really powerful supernatural creatures exist which aren't God; very powerful natural creatures which are not human aren't technically any more of a problem. And really powerful natural creatures, or even supernatural creatures, are consistent with atheism.

Polytheisms don't typically deny the existence of other lesser lords or gods from other pantheons. Pantheisms have no technical problem one way or another with natural creatures of any capabilities greater than humanity.

I guess it might affect any surviving Norse pagans, who might need some adjustment; but my guess is not a lot. :)
