President Forever 2012 Nearing Completion

I played that in the last two years, but really did not find much going on with it.

Although not an election game (rather a global Cold War game), Crawford's Balance of Power was very nicely done.  It was a Mac port to Windows that runs quite nicely under XP.  [It's now public domain.]  BTW, you could influence elections/politics in other countries, just not the USA or the USSR.

From what I understand, Twilight Struggle is closer to the Balance of Power game mentioned by MarkShot

Looks like officially released today.....nothing like waiting until the last moment with elections only a month away:)
