Another victim of delays....was supposed to release this month on September 20th, but developer said need more time to remove bugs.....delayed until 2024, although didn't readily see what timeframe in 2024

That is a fairly substantial delay. Initial beta test reactions were mixed, at best. I'd say they may be doing somewhat more than working on bugs.

I suspect there is more to it as well
