To prepare for Old World's upcoming Steam release and rekindle the gaming vibe after years of hardcore wargames, I revisited my Steam library and reinstalled Civ 5. Despite bouncing off it initially, I now love the game, especially the intriguing dynamics of empires and diplomatic relations on Epic difficulty. Have you rediscovered and fallen in love with any games after giving them a second or third chance?

I have definitely found new love in old games that I previously wasn't too excited about.  Sometimes one needs to put a game down for a while and return to it with a fresh mind to truly find the hidden gem within. 

I've also had instances where games that I spent countless hours playing in the past to be utter garbage upon returning to them years later.
