If they made nothing but WWII games, I'd be perfectly content.  Hypothetical matchups from alternate history 1980s, asymmetrical US-bashes-some-3rd world guerillas, or minor wars between Upper Bumblescum and outer Kaboomistan hold no appeal for me.

I guess it's sort of nice that the word "tactical" seems to refer to some kind of seriousness during your moments of mental clarity.

Coincidentally, Bro and I arrived at the WW2 History museum in New Orleans just as the funeral was letting out. We saw the memorial in the opening hall, but didn't realize the funeral was actually going on there until security kindly waved us and other arriving people back from the area the funeral-goers would be passing through. We saw several well-decorated young blue berets coming out ahead of the main congregation, but then we had to pull back to the theater to catch the Tom Hanks introduction show (and we didn't want to gawk anyway.) By the time the show was done, the congregation had passed on out.
