Veuve is supposed to be good stuff. I've had vintage Dom and wish it were something I could afford to drink.

An island fortress would be ideal, but I'd love it if we could have a wine harbor where we could sink some cases and allow them to age under ideal conditions. It might even be a source of income - we could charge to keep watch over other people's stashes in our harbor.
