The reality is that not only would cats not necessarily shoot out of the gates; but if they did they'd be all over the dang place instead of racing around the track (even with a fake rabbit or a laser dot to chase!) And getting them into the gates to start with would be like hugging a chainsaw.

Notice how tough audiences were in 1929, by the way. Half of them can't be bothered to even care about whether the lion and his mistress (!!) are even winning the Wall of Death. Though the Most Interesting Man Alive up there is willing to clap a little out of charity he guesses.

Gus - I use sweatpants with flannel shorts to soak up my crotch sweat.

Banzai Cat - There is no "partial credit" in grammar. Like anal sex. It's either in, or it's not.

Mirth - We learned long ago that they key isn't to outrun Star, it's to outrun Gus.

Martok - I don't know if it's possible to have an "anti-boner"...but I now have one.

Gus - Celery is vile and has no reason to exist. Like underwear on Star.
