Well whatever State it belongs to it has been parked outside my place of employment for the past 8 months. Someone please come and get it along with the idiots who are pretending to fix the road. It will sure make my life easier!

I've seen the same stretches of road flying those things for 5 or 6 years straight, with breaks during the winter. 

They must reconquer them every year and just chill there, sunning themselves during the warmer parts of the year.

They don't even bother to remove the orange construction barrels from 695 here. They put them on the shoulder and leave them there to use again in a year or two. It's a lifetime job just repairing the 50 miles of roadway.
