The Emergency Capacity Building Project (established by several of the world's largest humanitarian NGOs) has an ongoing initiative to improve the quality of humanitraina training simulations. You'll find an overview of their work here, and considerable material on their website here.

how (if at all) is that initiative tied into the Game Lab stuff from last summer's Connections?
