Doom Patrol season 1 finished up on the DC comics network. I picked up the DVD right as this virus hit from Wal-Mart.
Doom Patrol has Brendan Frazier as Robot Man and Timothy Dalton as the chief.
We have enjoyed it - but it is a whole another level of batshit crazy than The Tick from Amazon Prime. If the Tick turned you off due to the level of crazy in it - then stay away from Doom Patrol. But if you really enjoyed the Tick and was not bothered by the crazy, then Doom Patrol is for you. One of the episodes had "Admiral Whiskers" (a mouse) enacting revenge on the Doom Patrol because their van killed his mother by running over her in the road. What Admiral Whiskers said was as close as you could get to Inigo Montoya from Princess Bride and not get sued for copyright violation. We are half way through it and have enjoyed it very much.
The f-bomb gets dropped a lot in the series if you have kids at home.
