You should have a shortcut on your desktop but in case of...
On my computer it's in this folder:
"C:\Users\Duncan\AppData\Roaming\Arpalog\OpandTac Demo\OpandTac.exe"

Not sure if the problem is on my end....but the video link won't play, the screen says it's loading but it never does.

Have you an in game video that works? I'm really intrigued by this game and would like to know more.
The video works with Opera Chrome and Firefox.
I will try to post it on Youtube to avoid those problems but i am afraid the quality will be bad due to re-compression.
But the demo should give you much more infos than the video.
