Yes, please.  I love the Tiller game engine, but I don't even try to play in 3D mode because the graphics are so bad.  Even in 2D mode I'm usually using a mod.  I don't mind paying $40 for the games, but given how modders like Jison and Volcano can improve the graphics on their own, it really shouldn't be that tough for HPS/JTS to pony up a few bucks for an artist that uses an editing tool more sophisticated than MS Paint.
