I found this to be an astounding and very amusing game. Certainly the best-looking war game from Clash of Arms that I've ever seen
with a lot of 1745 flavor.
So far I've just played the opening moves of the Inglosby scenario. It was pretty educational even for a training scenario:
200 Austrians-working for the Allies in the Austrian Netherland got shot by amazingly deadly French skirmishers, a British Army
battlion went into disorder climbing out of a sunken road and avoided similar loses.
But the Skirmishers were pushed back and the road is open to the French redoubt anchoring the immense abattis. I can now sympathize with Inglosby who decided (historically) at about this point that there was no way to storm the redoubt.
