Title: W40K Inquisitor - Martyr
Post by: Geezer on December 16, 2016, 05:05:39 PM
I don't even  like ARPG games and this looks good to me.  Coming next year:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SwE24fwZAOQ

Edit - Sorry for starting a new topic but I missed the older thread on this.

This is the only 40K game I'm really looking forward to.

So it's gonna be MMO-style Path Of Exile/Diablo 3 with a 40K theme and procedurally generated maps.   'Bout time.

Seems like the game is now in a buy-in-alpha mode (early access).

I have it. It is very rough around the edges, but has a lot of potential. I'm holding off on publishing impressions until it gets a little more baked.

This was going to be a day one purchase for me but I got sucked into the black hole of Black Desert Online first.  Glad I waited since, as you say, it looks very rough around the edges right now.  Look forward to hearing what you have to say about it.

Just so you know, Dark and angry gods are laughing at those moistening loins...

Reneshumides, ancient god of moist loins, is pleased by this game.

I want the shirt, but it must say Reneshumides.

The 1/2 day "adventure" in Budapest they offer -- travel not supplied -- could be fun too.

This is so perverse, but so far, I cannot possibly have enough 40k games.

Reneshumides is one bad mofo.

JH,

Thanks for the heads-up.  I've had my eye on this one, but I think I'll hold off for now.

Not a bad choice. It really has potential, but like I said, still very rough. I would give it some more time unless you are truly a 40K diehard. Buying now will support development, of course.
