^ Aircraft crews are required to rest a certain amount of time between flights up to a certain duration. I know it's a thing among the airlines (often you'll have flights delayed and/or cancelled because a planned crew would go over on time), and I can only imagine the military has similar restrictions on flight time.

Aviators are notorious for blowing off things they should/need to do, and using "crew rest" as an excuse to get out of things

I realized that part. My best friend was a 747 captain. I just couldn't figure out why they'd all be resting at the same time.  :buck2:
