Well i can't sday exactly, but it seems to me that Mass Effect had great impact, FF series as well. I also remember that i used to play a lof in  Retro Video Game Store thus i have only warmest feelings about them, their quality and atmosphere which they can create, so yes, theese games as well will be the best choice for me
