Laptop for gaming

Going to grab my first ever laptop. I'd like to use it for some gaming. Thinking about play BG3 on it, so that's my benchmark for what I'd be using it for.

Any laptop guru's here want to lead me to what's a good processor/graphics setup I should be looking at?

Budget is around $1k
